Managing Director & CEO
Shilpa Rao is responsible for complete management of Bay Group of Companies
operations in
India , Singapore & USA which includes overall strategy, business-enabling
operations, organizational development, innovation & diversifications of
business to address market development, as well as managing relationships with
government, industry and academia customer base.
Her primary focus is to
increase the integration, performance & productivity of over 1,000+ growing
employee base of BDSPL Family and bringing all the business under single roof
with a vision of Connecting People, Process & Technology.
V Santhanam
Vice President - Operations
Graduated from NIT, Tiruchirappalli with degree in Electronics &
Communication Engineering having
rich experience in IT Infrastructure service delivery and Project management
over two decades and
handled challenging & complex turnkey projects with complete technical
services & solutions
management.
Prior to joining Bay Datacom, he handled large SI Projects in
defence & other verticals
as Project director in HCL Infosystems Ltd and established the systems &
processes for project
management. He holds PMP® certification in the area of Project management and
ITIL V3 foundation
certification in the area of IT infrastructure service delivery.
